Moving out

We´ve got the flight tickets, the passports, our packing all settled.
A danish guy moves in to our appartment on Sunday.
So most things are now settled for leaving for the heat. Finally!

For a Swede to leave autumn in Gothenburg (with it's rainy/wet, cold, windy, dark weather) and arrive in Brisbane (30 degrees C) is as close as a Nordic sole can get to heaven this time a year. It is almost scary to mention it to anyone, as they will then prior to normal fall into the winter depression affecting most of us during this time a year.

Packing up...

Friday the 21th of November our flat, on Landalabergen 27, was cleared out with the help of Kungsholmens moving & storage firm.
Most of our stuff will be stored, our bikes & a couple of boxes got sent off to Brisbane & the rest of it are to be fitted in our tavel luggage. It'll be almost christmas before we see our stuff sent to Brisbane!

Patrik tried the video chat with his brother Johan & kids Helmi & Ingrid from Kalmar. It proved to work as Ingrid waved back at us. Johan showed us parts of their appartment through the camera.

Lets now hope we get our passports & visa before our leaving date 4th of November.
